Hi, I'm Ed!

For over 15 years, I’ve worked in public education, most recently as a School Counsellor, helping young people navigate life’s challenges. My journey in mental health began after experiencing personal loss and discovering firsthand the transformative power of counselling. That experience fueled my passion for supporting others in their own growth and healing.
 

With a background as a varsity athlete and high-level basketball coach, I’ve spent years mentoring young men, teaching resilience, accountability, and teamwork—skills that extend far beyond the court. Whether in coaching or counselling, my goal remains the same: to empower individuals with the confidence, tools, and mindset to build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
